You will learn what happens in the body and brain when we become stressed, anxious, and overwhelmed along with the resulting impact on the nervous system. With training and research from leading instructors, Wendy will teach you breathing patterns to manage and navigate these moments in our lives. Our bodies strive to be adaptable, and stress is a normal part of our lives, the key is to find balance and not remain in a stressed state for prolonged periods. Let us show you how to sharpen your focus, cope with stress and breathe yourself better.

➡️ Available on select Saturday’s throughout the year, 9am – 11am.
➡️ The Meeting point is at the Hill Farm’s Safari Tent next to the car park.
➡️ Please bring warm clothing if the weather is inclement as you may be sat for short periods of time.
Will this go ahead in any weather?
Yes, the experience takes place under canvas if required but please dress for the weather.
